Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every piece we release. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, contact us at rigltdclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or style within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Since our drops are limited, we cannot guarantee your requested size or style will be available. Contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at rigltdclothing@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
