Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. During high-demand drop periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. Express Shipping: 1-2 business days. Free standard shipping on orders over a certain threshold — check the banner on our store for current offers.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
